DoppleSys Standard One-Year Limited Warranty
1. Introduction This warranty applies to all OEM-manufactured PC workstations and accessories ("Products") sold by DoppleSys ("OEM"). By purchasing and using our Products, you agree to the terms of this warranty.
2. Coverage Period This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of original purchase as indicated on your sales receipt or invoice.
3. What This Warranty Covers OEM warrants that the Products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service conditions. Specifically:
Hardware: Defects in the physical components of the Products, including but not limited to the chassis, motherboard, CPU, memory, graphics card, power supply, and storage devices.
Accessories: Defects in keyboards, mice, docking stations, and other accessories bundled with or sold separately by OEM.
4. What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance: Including but not limited to liquid spills, improper ventilation, or exposure to extreme temperatures.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs: Including third-party repairs or alterations not authorized by OEM.
Normal wear and tear: Such as cosmetic damage, scratches, or fading.
Software-related issues: Including but not limited to corrupted operating systems, viruses, or user-installed software incompatibilities.
Loss or damage during shipping: Unless shipped directly by OEM.
Consumables: Batteries, cables, and other consumable parts are only covered for manufacturing defects.
5. Warranty Service To obtain warranty service, follow these steps:
Contact OEM Support: Reach out to our customer support team via phone, email, or web portal.
Provide Proof of Purchase: Submit your original receipt or invoice to validate the warranty period.
Follow Troubleshooting Steps: Perform recommended diagnostics as guided by our support team.
Return Authorization (if applicable): Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number if a repair or replacement is required.
6. Warranty Options OEM offers the following warranty service options, depending on your location and Product:
Mail-In Service: Ship the Product to an authorized repair facility. Shipping instructions and a prepaid shipping label (where applicable) will be provided.
On-Site Service (where available): A technician will visit your location to diagnose and repair the Product.
Depot Repair: Drop off the Product at an OEM service center.
Replacement: For irreparable Products, a replacement unit of equal or better performance may be provided.
7. Limitation of Liability OEM is not liable for:
Data Loss: Ensure all data is backed up before seeking service. OEM is not responsible for data recovery or loss during repair or replacement.
Indirect Damages: This warranty excludes incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
8. Exclusions and Regional Variations Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions or limitations on warranties. In such cases, this warranty provides you with specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your location.
9. Extended Warranty Options Extended warranty plans are available for purchase. These plans may cover the Product beyond the one-year period or provide additional services such as accidental damage protection.
